This person performs a variety of dental assisting duties, within compliance of state regulations, to promote quality dental care for the patient in a stress-free environment.
Assists the doctors, teaches the patient how to care for their teeth, communicates effectively with patients, maintains equipment and inventory and follows universal precautions and all OSHA requirements to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
Love working with children Highly motivated; Self-Starter Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an RDA Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker is a plus Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients and their parents.
Able to explain treatment plans in a manner that is easy to understand and non-threatening.
Team player; willing to learn and pitch in where required.
Conflict resolution experience Knowledge of Curve Dental is a plus Full Time Position.
Mon - Thu
2 Fridays & 1 Saturday per month 1/2 day.
