Anticipate $23-$28 per hour, BOE Full suite of benefits, 401K, PTO M-F, 7-4 or 8-5 The Maintenance Technician is accountable for the repair and upkeep of machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot mechanical devices.
Disassemble devices to access and fix faulty parts.
Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machinery when needed.
Replace or repair defective parts, install specialized functional and structural components, and clean and lubricate parts.
Utilize welding equipment, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools to create and repair parts.
Address electrical equipment repairs.
Adhere to OSHA and NAFA regulations, including lockout tag out and arc flash procedures.
Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education (GED) Must be able to work in a team environment as well as individually.
Basic knowledge of good inspection techniques.
Must have mechanical ability, an eye for abnormalities, and aptitude for detail.
