As a Production Associate, you will be trained on how to help manufacture Stainless Structurals product to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, an aptitude for machinery and the ability to work well in a team setting.
A successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will operate machinery using appropriate safety procedures.
Job Responsibilities Operate, monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery Perform set up procedures on manufacturing equipment Perform finishing operations on product, ex; grinding, blasting, straightening Perform routine inspections of manufacturing equipment and communicate any issues Follow safety guidelines, policy, and procedures Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed Perform quality checks on produced product to ensure meeting standards Skills and
Qualifications:
Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction Good leadership and training skills Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and production schedule Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs Great time management Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues Must be able to stand or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work.
Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment all shift.
Must be comfortable working around machinery with moving parts.
Must be able to work in excessive heat, cold and humidity.
Must be comfortable working around excessive noise.
