Job Description:
We are looking for staff for our residential treatment center for youth 8-17.
If you are passionate about working with young people and helping youth succeed in all areas of their life, we need you! Spanish speaking a plus! Duties include:
Supervises youth day to day activities using a trauma informed care approach.
Provides life skills, social skills and therapeutic recreational activities for youth.
Provide transportation to appointments, outings, etc.
Provide a safe environment for your by utilizing our behavior management system and crisis intervention techniques.
Administers medications and provides first aid as needed.
Cooks' meals, prepares snacks as assigned or in emergency situations.
Marks, launders and folds clothing as assigned.
Completes daily paperwork and incident reports as needed.
Works as a professional team player and is respectful to co-workers.
Attends staff meetings, treatment meetings and trainings as assigned.
Follows all minimum standards and program policy and procedures.
