This candidate will need to work at a super fast pace office setting.
Duties of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant include answering busy high volume telephone calls, providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include preparing reports, responsible for high levels of data entry, busy telephone system, new hire paperwork, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Experienced Front Desk/Administrative
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct high volume telephone calls Schedule testing, candidates, and assist in managing the hiring paperwork Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies Maintain contact lists Act as director of first impressions for our branch location Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Order criminal background investigations, process E-Verify, and perform drug screening on new hires.
Responsible for posting new job postings Ability to work with the public and have a strong desire to help others.
High levels of customer service Must be able to work in a super fast paced environment Must be able to work overtime as needed Other duties as assigned Experienced Front Desk/Administrative Requirements Proven experience and longevity as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant; REQUIRED Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook and MS Word, in particular) REQUIRED Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a super fast paced position in a high pressure environment.
Data Entry skills both speed and accuracy is key for this position.
Must possess valid Drivers license Computer/Tech Savvy Must be able to work at a fast pace and have the ability to multi-task shifting in different directions multiple times per day.
