Duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
Providing support to our managers and employees Collections Answer, screen and forward incoming calls Invoicing via QuickBooks Scanning Emailing Filing Incoming/outgoing mail Order office supplies and track inventory Requirements:
Excel QuickBooks Outlook Attention to detail In this position - you will be the smiling face welcoming everyone into the office.
We are interviewing candidates that can work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and we are currently offering a competitive salary for candidates who have immediate availability to start.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
