We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Associate to join our growing team in Conroe, TX.
Responsibilities:
As a New Home Sales Representative you will work with customers to select a house plan and then walk them through the financing and building of their dream home.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a desire to assist customers with the biggest purchase of their life.

Hourly base pay plus an incentive package which includes commissions and the opportunity for quarterly and year end production bonuses.

Requirements:
Education - High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or comparable professional training and experience.
Real Estate License is not required.
Qualifications - Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and diligence in following up with leads.
Must be able to work evenings as needed as well as 3 Saturdays a month.
Work History - 3
years of sales experience required, prior new home sales experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
