Application Architect
An employer in the Woodlands, TX area is seeking an Application Architect to join their Software Engineering team.
This team is currently responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's software applications.
The Architect will spend half of their time creating the vision and standard for all of the applications and software and 50% of their time with R&D tasks.
The company is undergoing a core platform conversion, so this person's top priority will be to build out the microservices and API layer that will support the new product.
Additionally, this person will be participating in some hands-on coding, standardization and guidance of the company's IT standards.
Banking or financial industry experience Experience using Azure Functions for API creation Experience with Mulesoft8 - 10 experience in Software Engineering / Architecture roles Experience creating a multilayer API for an enterprise organization using Azure Development experience in Microsoft technology stack including:
