General Landscaping/Maintenance

Job Requirements:
Ability to use a zero-turn mower or its equivalent Ability to use a standard gas-powered weed eater/edger Knowledge of small engine repair and maintenance Landscaping experience (planting flowers, trimming shrubs, laying mulch, etc.) Knowledge of irrigation system use and repair Knowledge of pesticide(s) and their proper application(s) Application of water and plant food to plants and flowers General maintenance knowledge (painting, woodwork, small repair, etc.) Trash pick-up and disposal Opening/Closing common areas Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Ability to work without supervision
Must possess the following qualifications for consideration:
Pass a background check and drug screen Maintain a valid Texas drivers licenses Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Read and write English with basic math skills Must be able to work without direct supervision
