Currently, BSR is searching for a Service Representative to work at The Lakes at Westview Apartment Homes in Conroe, TX. The Service Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
The Service Technician will be responsible for the following:
oResponsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the assigned apartment community
oPreparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
oResponding to work orders in occupied apartments
oHVAC troubleshooting and repairs
oElectrical troubleshooting and repairs
oLock installation and repairs
oMinor plumbing
oMinor painting
oMinor carpentry
oAppliance installation and repairs
oSwimming pool maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
oHigh school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
o2-3 years general maintenance experience
oWorking knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pools and carpentry.
oEPA certification preferred.
