Vehicle Description 1979 GMC Royal Sierra LWB - This Royal Sierra really isn't your average classic GM truck.
The interior looks great, the engine bay shows well, the bed is solid, and the rear bumper appears never to have made contact with a solid object.
The previous owner in Mississippi stated that the truck was purchased new in Mississippi, stored away and neglected for 40 years, then brought out and put back on the road.
It had 41,000 miles at that time and we have have receipts showing apprx $2k was spent getting her freshly tuned in Oct 2020.
In very recent history, we decided to complete the restoration after purchasing this GMC in early 2022.
It now shows just over 42k miles and features a fresh Charcoal repaint, new exterior trim, and new door panels.
Between the late 202o mechanical repairs and the recent cosmetic restoration, this rare GMC now has the Royal treatment it deserves.
