Vehicle Description 1968 Ford F-100 Styleside SWB (4x4) - If you hunt for trucks all day long like we do, you know this F100 is a RARE find! While exact production numbers for 4x4 Stylesides are unknown, it is known that only 3,445 rolled off the assembly line in 1967 and just under 8,000 hit the pavement in 1969.
Finding a short bed 4wd F100 is no easy task.
When you the narrow the field to include only 1-owner, well documented trucks well, this is the only one! This truck was purchased new in Susanville and remained there it's entire life.
You can tell this truck was the owner's pride and joy before he passed.
While there are some quirky features (like roof mounted wink lights and spare), they give the truck a real 60s/70s time-capsule look.
The original owner kept several small repair parts in the heavy-duty steel toolbox, the original owners manual and warranty card in the glovebox, and a handwritten log of all service work completed on the truck.
